Finished basement

For those of you who dont know, We are still currently living in our townhome. Waiting for the fish to bite. We had one last week but they got away. Poor ben is making the 45 minute (in good weather) commute to work everyday till we can sell this house. What a bad time of the year to try to sell. We finished the basement living room, all but the base boards.
